How the scoring works

Low Strain (0–10)

Your load feels sustainable today. The goal is keeping it that way, protect the routines, rest and support that are already working.

Mild Strain (11–20)

You're managing, but the edges are fraying. Small adjustments now prevent a much harder season later.

Moderate Strain (21–30)

Your answers point to real, sustained strain. This is the point where structured support changes outcomes, for you and for the person you care for.

High Burnout Risk (31–40)

This score sits in caregiver burnout territory. Please treat your own wellbeing as urgent care, not an optional extra.
